Only supported by imageRUNNER ADVANCE / imageRUNNER (AddOn Platform) devices. If no request is answered within due time, the uniFLOW SmartClient is assigned to the root location of the tenant. Once a device responds in due time, the location of the relevant device is assigned to the uniFLOW SmartClient. If the uniFLOW SmartClient's IP address matches the IP address range of multiple locations, uniFLOW SmartClient tries to detect the correct location by sending requests to the IP addresses of the matching locations as specified in Locations. They will be assigned to the root location of the tenant. Legacy uniFLOW SmartClients do not support the location awareness concept. 
You can see the uniFLOW SmartClients that are registered to a user under User > Users > Edit user > uniFLOW SmartClients. You can now print to your uniFLOW Online secure printing queue by printing to the printer that was installed with uniFLOW SmartClient. Click on Start printing to close the windows. uniFLOW SmartClient on your Windows computer is now registered to your uniFLOW Online Account. 
Follow the steps to sign in to with your uniFLOW Online credentials.In the following screen, accept the cookie policy by clicking I Understand.To start it manually, click on uniFLOW SmartClient in the Windows start menu. Depending on the installer settings made by your administrator, uniFLOW SmartClient either starts automatically or has to be started manually.

If no corresponding User Name identity can be found, manual user registration can be triggered by double-clicking the uniFLOW SmartClient system tray. This only works if the Windows user name of the user exists as User Name identity in uniFLOW Online. If the installer was created with the option Silent user registration enabled, steps 8 to 11 are skipped as no user interaction is required and uniFLOW SmartClient is registered automatically.
